Heaven & the Sanctuary

 The Hubble telescope really expanded our understanding of space and we should have seen God’s infinite power in the vastness of space.

The Bible had revealed the return of Jesus in our age: Daniel 12:4 at the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. 

Daniel 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame [and] everlasting contempt.

Articles have been appearing in recent years suggesting for very star twinkling in the night sky plays host to at least one planet. That implies there are at least some 10 billion Earth-sized planets in our galaxy. Scientists believe we are not alone.  In 2020, it was estimated that there are around 2 trillion galaxies in the observable Universe.

This detail comes from many of Protestant America’s scientists who are really evolutionists searching for aliens and life on other planets amongst other things. That’s because they believe not the word of God.

Psalms 8:3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; 8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? 

Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. 

In other words, Satan came as the representative of this planet instead of Adam while others represented the various planets present somewhere out there in the universe. 

Heaven itself is a place on a planet yet to be discovered by the redeemed. Heaven is a real place, a physical reality and there are many other planets with inhabitants in space. Our planet has been isolated because of the rebellion and bloodshed which is part of human nature.

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.

Some authors speak of Orian as the place in which lies the city of God. ‘I was given a view of heaven and says this ‘Dark, heavy clouds came up and clashed against each other. The atmosphere parted and rolled back; then we could look up through the open space in Orion, whence came the voice of God.’ E G White

The home of God is in the constellation of Orion which is in line with us on an opposite spiral arm two-thirds out from the centre of the galaxy. And what is at the centre of the galaxy- strong magnetic forces which can draw and propel stars and other objects into space. You get an idea of magnetic forces present at the centre of the galaxy and how the world is held in space by Primer Feild experiments.

Here is the description of the city of God. Revelation 21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light [was] like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; 21:12 And had a wall great and high, [and] had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are [the names] of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: 21:13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates. 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred [and] forty [and] four cubits, [according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. 21:18 And the building of the wall of it was [of] jasper: and the city [was] pure gold, like unto clear glass. 21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city [were] garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation [was] jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; 21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. 21:21 And the twelve gates [were] twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city [was] pure gold, as it were transparent glass. 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb [is] the light thereof. 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. 

We are told that 1 Corinthians 2:9 Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 

The churches in general are to blame for the false teachings of the occult being taught at funerals and in the pulpit preparing the way for the coming of the false messiah using a false science to prove himself God. They preach that when we die our loved ones are in heaven and these are the words of Lucifer in Eden. Luke 20:38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living. When God said if you sin ye shall surely die He meant it. This means that physical realities are lost in false teachings.

Here is Paul’s description of the second coming of Christ:

1 Thessalonians  4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 4:17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.  

The ark of the covenant is found in the Most Holy Place of the Sanctuary- think about the name. Covenant of what?…Between whom?

The model of the sanctuary on earth found in the Torah is representative of the throne room of God.  God had presented to us where He lives and what His home is like and here abides the very keys to salvation by repentance, obtaining mercy and loving God. Angels are on either side of the mercy seat and within the mercy seat are the 10 commandments. This is the place in which the Father resides, this is His throne.  The covenant is between God and a commandment-keeping people.

In Revelation, the scene is of the throne room and both mercy and the commandments are the foundation of God’s government. The book of Revelation revolves around the throne of God giving mention to the Most Holy Place- the throne room of God in nearly all the chapters. The commandments are a key to understanding Revelation and who are the people of God. 

John  14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.   Revelation 22:14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.  The covenant is made clear throughout the Bible. A false gospel twists the words of Paul to say the commandments do not have to be kept. But Paul also said Romans 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law [are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.  

Then we ought to look real carefully at the commandments for most are not keeping them. Few keep the 4th commandment as they ought and what of the 9th and 10th???? 

As I add to this page I wish to cover the daily and yearly services of the earthly sanctuary as reflecting the heavenly and how that relates to salvation. How the Sanctuary relates to our understanding of Daniel and Revelation and what persons we ought to be to meet the Day of Judgement.

When prayer is sent to the Father, through the mind an impulse is sent through space into the constellation of Orion, through the corridor of stars, through the Son to the Throne of God. Just how is communication and answers sent?  John 1:51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.  Angel communicates our needs to the portals of heaven and also return answers. They also make record of life events and our words. We are privileged to take our requests to the highest authority in all the universe and ask for His help. The Sabbath day; that is the 7th is to be a special day of communication. 

Book of Revelation pertains to the Sanctuary and in the Holiest of Holies pertains to the mercy seat with the law. The law is the key to salvation. Law-abiding citizens are citizens of heaven. What is seen in a small scale as the Sanctuary in the wilderness is vast in size in heaven. Daniel 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment [was] white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne [was like] the fiery flame, [and] his wheels [as] burning fire. 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. 

The line of communication between heaven and earth is given is Zachariah “So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my Lord? … Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts…. And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? … Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth” (Zechariah 4:1-14). 

From the two olive trees, the golden oil was emptied through golden pipes into the bowl of the candlestick, and thence into the golden lamps that gave light to the sanctuary. So from the holy ones (angels) that stand in God’s presence, His Spirit is imparted to human instrumentalities that are consecrated to His service. The mission of the two anointed ones is to communicate light and power to God’s people. It is to receive blessing for us that they stand in God’s presence. As the olive trees empty themselves into the golden pipes, so the heavenly messengers seek to communicate all that they receive from God. The whole heavenly treasure awaits our demand and reception; and as we receive the blessing, we in our turn are to impart it. Thus it is that the holy lamps are fed, and the church becomes a light-bearer in the world.—The Review and Herald, March 2, 1897. YRP 17.4

The anointed ones standing by the Lord of the whole earth, have the position once given to Satan as covering cherub. By the holy beings surrounding his throne, the Lord keeps up a constant communication with the inhabitants of the earth. The golden oil represents the grace with which God keeps the lamps of believers supplied, that they shall not flicker and go out. Were it not that this holy oil is poured from heaven in the messages of God’s Spirit, the agencies of evil would have entire control over men.  {RH, July 20, 1897 par. 6} 

Not one person born on earth keeps the commandment of God because of hereditary and cultivated sins.  However when we come to God just as we are and begins a relationship with Him called the ‘the daily’ in Daniel 8. Day by day through our relationship with God, by beholding Him we become changed and that change is as fast as the heart allows. Through prayer, God’s spirit, and becoming acquainted with the Word our fractured natures are transformed to reflect God’s character.

The Will of the Father is this: John  6:39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing but should raise it up again at the last day.  6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.  Note his words so you will not be deceived by a false Christ.

Jesus demonstrated the physical realities of the resurrection:  

Luke 24:36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace [be] unto you.  24:37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.  24:38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?  24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.  24:40 And when he had thus spoken, he showed them [his] hands and [his] feet.  24:41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?  24:42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.  24:43 And he took [it], and did eat before them.  

Acts 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. 

All the treasures of the universe will be open to the study of God’s redeemed. Unfettered by mortality, they wing their tireless flight to worlds afar,—worlds that thrilled with sorrow at the spectacle of human woe, and rang with songs of gladness at the tidings of a ransomed soul. With unutterable delight the children of earth enter into the joy and the wisdom of unfallen beings. They share the treasures of knowledge and understanding gained through ages upon ages in contemplation of God’s handiwork. With undimmed vision they gaze upon the glory of creation,—suns and stars and systems, all in their appointed order circling
the throne of Deity. Upon all things, from the least to the greatest, the Creator’s name is written, and in all are the riches of his power displayed. {GC88 677.3}
And the years of eternity, as they roll, will bring richer and still more glorious revelations of God and of Christ. As knowledge is progressive, so will love, reverence, and happiness increase. The more men learn of God, the greater will be their admiration of his character. As Jesus opens before them the riches of redemption, and the amazing achievements in the great controversy with Satan, the hearts of the ransomed thrill with more fervent devotion, and with more rapturous joy they sweep the harps of gold; and ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands of thousands of voices unite to swell the mighty chorus of praise. {GC88 678.1}

The greatest blessing today is our prayers are carried to the centre of the universe, the throne room of God. That He can be spoken to as a friend and is actively working for the salvation of men and women.

All the history and treasures of the universe are open to God’s redeemed. We shall be reunited with friends and family. Above all we shall came face to face with God Himself. 

Job 19:25 For I know [that] my redeemer liveth, and [that] he shall stand at the latter [day] upon the earth:
19:26 And [though] after my skin [worms] destroy this [body], yet in my flesh shall I see God: 

John  6:45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
