You have to say there is some insanity about those who are ‘looking after the world.’ Having walked away from arms agreements the President has this to say! That one day we might start talking about a meaningful halt to the uncontrolable arms race. Please someone get their head out of the air bubble! They accurately projected that terrorism was the next war but now Mad dog Mattis says its 
Russia and china.
“We are facing increased global disorder, characterized by decline in the long-standing rules-based international order—creating a security environment more complex and volatile than any we have experienced in recent memory. Inter-state strategic competition, not terrorism, is now the primary concern in US national security,” says the summary of the new NDS published simultaneously.
The strategy says that the combination of “a robust constellation of allies and partners” and “a more lethal, resilient, and rapidly innovating Joint Force” will help sustain American influence. So they would like the allies to support this same ongoing insanity when they have walked away from talks and arms agreements and created the instability. Trump administration’s new National Defense Strategy, Jim Mattis said the main focus for US defense was competition with resurgent powers Russia and China which, he said, want to impose an authoritarian model of government on other nations. Of course the US wants o set up it’s authoritarian model of government is really what that means but lets not forget who placed China and Russia in the position they are in today? Who wanted to use China for its industries and cheap labour? Who wanted to bankrupt the Russia? We are told in Revelation 13 that the US will set up its authoritarian government in the world making an image to the beast, creating a religious political power to do so. The president overriding congress in its decisions post 9-11 is set to fulfill it’s destiny.
